By using the Color Over Time collectors site, submitting inquiries, or purchasing prints, you agree to these Terms Of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order.

Product Information

We present print previews and metadata as accurately as possible. Display differences between screens, devices, and print materials can cause perceived color variation. Minor variation is expected.

Pricing And Currency

All listed prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change at any time before order confirmation.

Orders And Acceptance

Submitting an inquiry or checkout request does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders for availability, listing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Default listed size is 40" x 28". Custom sizes are available to members where specified.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by . By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Production And Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Transit times vary by carrier and destination.

We ship internationally. Shipping costs vary by destination and are provided during order confirmation or inquiry response.

You are responsible for import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes charged by your destination country.

Returns And Replacements

Prints are produced to order. We generally do not accept returns for change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Intellectual Property

All site content, print designs, graphics, text, and software are owned by Color Over Time or licensed for use. No content may be copied, redistributed, sold, or republished without written permission.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to site systems or protected assets.
• Do not interfere with site operation or submit malicious code.
• Do not automate scraping or extraction of protected content.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Over Time is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use or purchase activity.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order directly related to that claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
