These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the Collector and Frames Per Film. By acquiring a work, you acknowledge the forensic nature of the artifact and agree to the following strict protocols.
I. Finality of Acquisition All artifacts are custom-produced to gallery-grade archival standards. Due to the high-fidelity production process and the unique metadata fingerprints of these works, all acquisitions are final.
II. Mandatory Forensic Verification (Anti-Fraud Protocol) To ensure the protection of our laboratory and our collectors against fraudulent claims, the following "Verification Protocol" is required:
The 24-Hour Window: Any claim of transit-related damage must be submitted via email to [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours of the recorded delivery timestamp.
Evidence Standards: Claims must include a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing and high-resolution macros of the alleged defect.
Forensic Validation: We reserve the right to cross-reference submitted "damage" images against our archival masters. Claims involving digital manipulation or AI-generated "defects" will be rejected and reported as fraudulent.
III. Taxes & Global Stewardship All prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise. We automatically collect 13% HST for Ontario orders (GST/HST #750326233 RT0001). International buyers assume full responsibility for local customs duties and import taxes.
